ABOUT MELISSA
My love for health and fitness started when I was young, as I spent much of my childhood training as a gymnast and cheerleader. I knew pretty early that helping others achieve fitness was my calling in life, and for this reason I went to school to become a physical education teacher. After college, I started my career in Bronx, NY where I taught high school students simple ways to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. After having my first son in 2015, I shifted my career from teacher to fitness instructor, where I taught CrossFit and general functional fitness to clients as young as 3 and as old as 83.
Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, and each has their own goals and lifestyle. However, regardless of ability, one things remains true - fitness and nutrition can be simplified into something that is manageable for anyone! If you area seasoned fitness fanatic or just getting started, please reach out. I would love to learn more about your goals and how I can help you reach them!
